Clear, respectful
data handling.

This policy explains the types of information Pet All Time may handle and why.

Information we may collect

How information is used

Information is used to prepare artwork, provide proofs, produce and deliver orders, respond to questions, prevent misuse and improve the website and service.

Photo preview tool

The current on-page mug preview reads your selected image in your browser to display the mock-up. A photo is not submitted as an order merely because you preview it. When ordering is enabled, the upload and checkout screens will explain when files and details are transmitted.

Analytics and cookies

Pet All Time uses Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement tags and Google Analytics to understand visits, page views and interactions. These services may place cookies or process technical information such as device, browser, approximate location and referral data. Google Analytics does not receive the pet photo selected in the on-page preview. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out tools.

Service providers

Relevant information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the business, such as hosting, payment, printing, delivery, email and analytics providers. They should receive only what is reasonably required for their role.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer support, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Email hello@petalltime.com.au.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the store, checkout and service providers evolve. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
